Tal Laks, a native of New York City, has worked in the field of business and entrepreneurship for over 20 years. In her early twenties she joined the family business, LHB Chatz Holding (1997) Ltd., a business consulting firm that assisted companies worldwide in marketing and developing their businesses and enterprises. In her early stages at LHB Tal was responsible for writing all company correspondence, documents, marketing material and business plans, as well as analyzing markets, country social and political situations of the different countries LHB entered.
After obtaining her MBA from Columbia Business School at 2013 Tal's role in LHB expanded to strategy development, feasibility studies of potential projects and ventures and developing projects for private entities and governments, the largest of which is the conceptual design of a city which will become a major new financial center in West Africa, which is in its early stages of realization.
Since 2017 Tal has been working independently as a consultant applying her experience and knowledge to assist businesses in their growth.
Over the years, Tal's work has taken her to many countries around the world, teaching her to work and thrive in a wide variety of cultures and environments such as Ethiopia, Guinea, India, Jordan, Israel, Turkey, Cyprus, Britain, Slovenia, Croatia and Australia. Additionally her work has touched many industries – security, agriculture, hospitality, alternative medicine, finance and communications to name a few.
Tal's diverse work experience and quality education has put her in position to present people and companies across cultures helping those with different backgrounds to see the best in each other and create grounds for cooperation.
