* The actual work time could be significantly higher, or significantly lower, than the below figures.
With certain clients, some of the items take 50% less than the minimum estimate. With other clients, some of the items take 50% more than the maximum estimate.

* Estimates for specialist work are provided ad-hoc, in advance of the work, during the process.

(Personal Data Mining (PDM

Consultant preparing for first meeting: 25-35 min.

PDM improvement attempts with consultant (first meeting): 1.5-2.5 hours

PDM improvement attempts (second meeting, if needed): 1.5-2.5 hours

PDM revisions by the consultant (if needed): 1.5-4.5 hours

Advanced PDM Session and Deadline Interview: 60-120 min.

Resume/CV

Editing your resume (you created the first draft based on your PDM):
60-120 min. per draft (depends on the quality of the draft you created)

Creating your resume (if PDM is not done): 3-6 hours

Recommendation Examples

Selecting recommenders: 15-60 min.

Interview for creating a recommendation example (first school): 40-70 min. (do your homework prior to the meeting to make this more efficient)

Writing a recommendation example (first school): 60-140 min.

Interview for creating a recommendation example (subsequent schools): 30-45 min.

Writing a recommendation example (subsequent schools): 30-75 min. (depends how many changes are needed relative to the first school recommendation example)

Essays

Interview for outline creation (500-word essay): 30-90 min. per essay outline (closer to 30 if the outline is similar to a previous one done for you).

Writing an outline (500-word essay): 30-75 min. per essay outline (closer to 30 if the outline is similar to a previous one).

Consultant providing comments on the first draft of a 500-word essay (comments + editing): 20-80 min. (depends how much there is to correct)

Consultant providing comments on each subsequent draft of a 500-word essay: 15-40 min. (depends how much there is to correct)

Application Form

Editing the application form for one school (employment, extracurricular and academic history): 1-2.5 hours
* Could take longer if there is no PDM.
* Does not include work on mini-essays (if there are such).
* To shorten the work time:
1. Create the first draft of the online application.
2. Fit the text to the word limit
