In-Person Meetings

Should we fail to meet this obligation, you are entitled to compensation for half the lateness time.

If you arrived at the meeting and the team member failed to arrive/was unable to hold it, you are entitled to a refund of 45 minutes of work (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

If the team member postponed the start of the meeting by half an hour or more, while providing less than an hour’s notice, you are entitled to a refund of 30 minutes of work.

Phone meetings
When a phone meeting is scheduled, the team member will be ready to start the conversation at the scheduled time.

Should we fail to meet this obligation, you are entitled to compensation for half the lateness time.

If the team member was unavailable for half an hour or more after the scheduled start of the meeting, you are entitled to a refund of 30 minutes of work (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

Response time
The team member will handle the documents in line with the response time guidelines.

Should we fail to meet the guidelines, update the team member immediately via email that you have not received the document (or answer) and request that it be sent to you immediately.

After sending the update, you are entitled to a refund of 30 minutes of work (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

If you have not received the document within 2 business days after sending the update, you are entitled to a refund of an additional 60 minutes of work. (See definition of “business day” in the link above.)

This clause will apply up to a maximum of 10 hours of refund time per client.

Scribal errors
Mistakes happen! It is your responsibility to thoroughly examine each and every document before submitting it.

Factual errors
Should a team member present you with false information as if it was a fact, you are entitled to a refund of 30 minutes of work. If this was done in writing, you are entitled to a refund of 60 minutes (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

Writing quality
Aringo views writing quality as its first priority. We will immediately look into any claim regarding the quality of writing in depth. However, no monetary compensation will be provided over claims regarding the quality of writing, advice, or editing.

Errors in Aringo material

Keeping our word
If a team member promised you something in writing, did not keep the promise, and did not tell you in advance about the change, you are entitled to a refund of 45 minutes. It the promise was verbal, you are entitled to a refund of 15 minutes (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

Deviation from time estimates
The actual amount of work time occasionally differs from the time estimates which are provided in the beginning of the process. However, should a team member deviate by a total of more than 3 hours from the time estimates, you are entitled to a refund in the amount of the total deviations performed beyond 3 hours (please send the details of the incident to BillingManager@Aringo.com).

Other cases
Other cases, which do not involve a legal procedure, will be looked into immediately and in depth, but will not prompt monetary compensation (unless your specific case prompts the introduction of a new category on this page).
